The news talk about unemployment among college graduates but what about those who are still attending school? I am an upcoming Senior in college and have been looking for a job every since the end of my Sophomore year.

The biggest part of my dress routine is my hair. For the last few weeks I have been wondering what else can I wear (besides straight and curly) that I can rock to make my face pop.

Its not unusual now for guys to save up for engagement rings for their special gals. While browsing the jewelry store, ring prices are pretty expensive and saving might be the best thing so you don't go broke. I must admit i fell in love with a Princess-cut diamond that looked absolutely great on my finger but for a college student the price is a pocket breaker.

I learned how to write. Out of everything that I have learned, writing is the most important. I like to write in my spare time but journalistic writing (News) is far different than any other type of penmanship. Writing as a journalist has to be effective. That’s what I am good at. My goal in my internship was to make sure that I am remembered.

The end of my internship arrived and I was left with the question "what did I learn?" The biggest thing that I learned is that it is important to be competitive. Despite the fact that everyone in the newsroom is apart of the same team, the more competitive you are the better reporter you will be. Working in the Newsroom I also gave continuous thoughts to other jobs in Media.

Is Hip Hop Dead??

Where is Hip Hop going? I must admit that I liked a lot of the performances of last night’s award show but that led to the questions would I buy these albums or let my child (if I had one) listen to this secular music with edited vulgarity? Believe it or not, these performers are looked up to as role models but are many of them worth following?
