My adventures in Journalism

So far I have learned that to be a good journalist you must be active. Not just physically but verbally. That may be what I struggle with the most. All my ideas I tend to write on a sheet of paper but I never share them aloud.

I think the most difficult part of being an aspiring journalist is wanting to become different from the rest. I mean we all want to share with the public. We all want to make every one see the "big Picture".

Dad.. you are the first guy to ever love me. (even before I knew what love was). No matter how many children I have or who I marry you will always be my love. We don't always agree but nothing can ever stop me from loving you.When I feel lonely and hurt I know that I have a best friend in you. I love you more than anything on this planet. Happy Father's Day Daddy!!!!

The week of June 10

This week I went to North, SC. The reason for my travel was due to the flood that took place over the weekend. Covering the story was fun yet hardworking. The fun part of the story included meeting different people and going somewhere that I didn't even know existed.

As an aspiring journalist, like many journalists my job is to report. Whether it is reporting breaking news or news for entertainment purposes. My internship at WACH FOX 57 helped me determine what type of news I want to report.
